My Story
Mrs. Kelly Ragin Whaley is a woman of God first. Mother of 2
exceptional young adult daughters. Founder of KellyKares,
an organization that promote events that serve a higher purpose for Empowerment through several avenues.
Kelly is also the Founder, Publisher and Editorial Director, for MyStory Publications where she provides a media venue to share stories from Challenge to Triumphant, Overcomer’s stories, and other personal stories of Business Success.
